Basically, I am available by phone on weekdays between 9:00-18:00. I can respond to emails and chat messages flexibly outside of this period as well. If needed, I can be available in a wider time window at pre-arranged times (for different time zones or individual preferences). Scheduling can be customized as needed.

The exact payment depends on the assigned tasks and is determined in advance at the start of work. I provide official invoices for all completed work, and payment is transparent. Billing is detailed, and my clients always know exactly what services and completed tasks they are paying for. I issue the invoice at the beginning of each new month after the previous month's closing, which I send using an invoicing program. Additionally, I provide performance certificates for tasks completed in the given month using time tracking software. If you request it, I can also provide a detailed report of exactly when, how much, and on what tasks I worked.
I work flexibly, so I can take on urgent tasks as well. At the start of our collaboration, we determine what constitutes an urgent task and how deadlines affect work scheduling. I strive to complete urgent tasks quickly and efficiently, however, extra fees may apply for extra urgent tasks (for example, weekend work or extremely short deadlines). These fees are listed in advance under the package prices.
There are various methods for this. One option is to regularly provide feedback on my work and review the tasks I have completed. Additionally, I regularly write to you about the status of tasks, and you can also track these on Trello, which I keep up to date. This way, you can see that the tasks are progressing at the appropriate pace and quality. If something doesn't meet expectations, I send suggestions and new solutions.
To maintain continuous contact, it is important to discuss communication channels, times, and expected response times in advance. Have daily, weekly, or monthly meetings so that you always have up-to-date information. Continuous communication and feedback help ensure that we are both satisfied with our joint work.
