Why are there two different prices listed?
Our pricing structure is designed to reflect the location and needs of each client.

Clients based in Hungary are offered pricing in HUF, tailored to the local market.
International clients receive pricing in EUR or USD, based on taxes, currency exchange, time zone differences, and additional coordination requirements.

All packages are clearly marked and transparently defined. If you’re unsure which rate applies to you, feel free to contact me – I’m happy to clarify.

White package

Hourly rate: 7,000 Ft/hour

Monthly hours: Less than 10 hours/month

Package switching options: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum
Usable on weekdays.
Includes core Virtual Assistance as well as the Marketing, Finance and Organization packages.
Package price depends on the number of hours used.
+1 hour weekly status meeting.

Bronze package

Hourly rate: 6,500 Ft/hour

Monthly hours: 10 hours/month

Package switching options: White, Silver, Gold, Platinum
Usable on weekdays.
Includes core Virtual Assistance as well as the Marketing, Finance and Organization packages.
+1 hour weekly status meeting.

Silver package

Hourly rate: 6,000 Ft/hour

Monthly hours: 20 hours/month

Package switching options: White, Bronze, Gold, Platinum
Usable on weekdays.
Includes core Virtual Assistance as well as the Marketing, Finance and Organization packages.
+1 hour weekly status meeting.

Gold package

Hourly rate: 5,500 Ft/hour

Monthly hours: 40 hours/month

Package switching options: White, Bronze, Silver, Platinum
Usable on weekdays.

Platinum package

Hourly rate: 5,000 Ft/hour

Monthly hours: 60 hours/month

Additional information

Each additional started hour (beyond the package quota) is billed at 7,000 Ft/hour.
Urgent/Weekend surcharge: 14,000 Ft/hour.

Package Billing – Fixed Capacity + Flexible Overage

My service is based on a monthly package with a fixed number of hours. This means that when you choose a package (e.g., 20 hours), you are reserving 20 hours of dedicated capacity in my schedule every month. The monthly package fee is billed at the end of the month, even if fewer hours are used.

This provides you with:

stable and predictable availability,
continuous progress on your tasks,
and priority scheduling in my calendar.

What happens if you need more hours in a given month?

This is where the Flex option applies.

If your usage exceeds the packaged hours, at the end of the month I will compare:

the package fee + additional hours billed at the standard hourly rate
the next package's fixed monthly fee

and I will always invoice the more cost-effective option for you.

If the next package is more favorable, I will bill that instead, and the extra hours included in that package can be used until the end of the month.

Extra hours depend on available capacity — though in most cases, smaller overages can be handled without issue.

What happens if you need fewer hours?

The package fee remains the same, because your reserved capacity is guaranteed for you that month.

You can adjust your package size once per month, so if your workload consistently decreases, you may simply switch to a smaller package starting from the next month.

Handling of unused hours

Each package represents a monthly time allocation, therefore unused hours do not roll over into the next month.
