My name is Lídia Szilágyi, and I am a Virtual Assistant, software tester, agile team management professional, and music manager. I work as a strategic support partner for small and medium-sized businesses, where I apply my organizational, communication, and problem-solving strengths in a practical, results-oriented manner. Transparency, reliability, and ethical, human-centered professional approach are of utmost importance to me.

I originally graduated as an Economist-Event Organizer from Szent István University, then worked for seven years in the IT world, in both multinational and SME environments, as a software tester. I have a diverse professional background: I have worked at marketing agencies, grant-writing companies, and in backoffice roles, and have also tried my hand as an office manager. My passion for organization – whether it's travel, events, or even optimizing daily operations – has always been with me, and this inspired me to complete a music management training program. Today, I actively work with Hungarian music productions, where my creativity, precision, and sense for structures all come together.

Following this, I decided to embark on the Virtual Assistance path, and this is when I truly felt what a strong professional fulfillment it is to work as an entrepreneur in fields where I truly feel at home. As a Virtual Assistant, software tester, and supporter of agile teams, I take on projects in both Hungarian and English. For my clients, efficiency, organized work, and smooth communication are among my most important values. I believe in trust-based, honest, and long-term collaborations — I enjoy working with partners for whom precision and reliability are just as important as they are to me.

I continuously develop myself, regularly participating in IT and management-related training programs – including database management, ISTQB, Scrum Master, and contemporary music management. I confidently communicate in English both verbally and in writing, in both general and professional environments. Over the past years, I have gained experience in numerous office and IT roles, and building on these foundations, I decided to further develop my knowledge as an entrepreneur while also supporting other entrepreneurs in their daily work.
